“The top layer is a mini chocolate cake with chocolate cream frosting (it can be made with carob).

The middle layer is a vanilla caked baked in a train cupcake mould and decorated with Hoppers sprinkles and 100s and 1000s and Nestle Smarties.

The bottom layer is made from coffee dairy-free cupcakes with maple syrup icing and decorated with train cupcake holders and Chuggington cupcake toppers.
