Penguins on an Iceberg

“This was a plain buttercake baked in a dome-shaped cake tin. I cut out the penguins’ shelf before icing it and used the extra piece of cake to make the island. The icing was just Nuttelex and icing sugar. I sprinkled grated dairy-free white chocolate on the top but desiccated coconut would work, if tolerated. The penguins came from a toy shop.”
